The Irish Health Sciences Libraries Group, in association with the Health Research Board, has the honour of inviting you to the EAHIL Workshop 2009 in
Theme: Working with Others: Explore, Engage, Extend!
Join us in the historic setting of Dublin Castle, as we explore the theme of collaborative work, engage with other health information professionals and extend our skills and knowledge as we learn to work beyond the borders of the health library.
Abstract Submission: The call for posters and abstracts is now open. Further detail available on www.eahil2009.ie
Deadline: 17 October 2008
We are eager to make this event a 'workshop' in the real sense of the word. Most definitions of ‘workshop’ include an element of discussion, an exchange of ideas, and interaction between all delegates.
For the EAHIL Workshop 2009, the International Programme IPC will be looking for facilitated and interactive workshop sessions aimed at smaller groups. The programme will also include a number of plenary papers. Further details and guidelines will be posted on the EAHIL mailing list and on the EAHIL Workshop website www.eahil2009.ie in August 2008.
